A 24-year-old woman was raped inside a Bronx home, and the NYPD has identified her attacker.

The victim was sexually assaulted inside a residence near Jerome Ave. and Marcy Place in Highbridge around 1 a.m. on Sept. 29,  cops said. The creep also stole the victim’s phone valued at roughly $1,000, police said.

Medics rushed the victim to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition. She and her attacker knew each other and are acquaintances, a police source said.

The NYPD identified the suspect as Ajene Nelson, 24. He has three arrests on record, all from 2000, with charges including burglary, robbery and criminal contempt.

Police released an image of Nelson on Thursday and are asking for the public’s help tracking him down.
