A 6-year-old girl was injured after being hit by a falling brick wall in Queens, according to officials.

The incident happened Thursday night on 59th Street in Maspeth, officials said.

The city’s Department of Building inspectors said they found that a 4-by-3-foot section of brick had broken off from a garage building nearby, and fell to the sidewalk.

The bricks hit the 6-year-old girl who had been nearby, officials said. She was taken to Bellevue Hospital and is in stable condition.

The owner of the garage was issued a violation for failure to maintain the building.
