Last Time Out: at Harvard
The Midshipmen suffered a 53-26 road defeat against three-time defending national champion Harvard on Oct. 10. The Crimson capitalized on an opening-minute turnover to take immediate control and built a commanding 46-0 lead early in the second half before the Mids found their rhythm.

Natalie Peugeot and Aleksandria Gabbard sparked a valiant second-half surge by leading the offense with two tries apiece. Peugeot broke the scoring drought in the 53rd minute by returning a fumble untouched and later added a second score on a breakaway run.

Gabbard mirrored the effort by powering through multiple tackles for both of her tries. Supported by three successful conversions from Mia Young, the Mids finished strong to outscore the Crimson 26-24 over the final 40 minutes of action.

Honoring the Seniors
Navy will honor its 12 seniors: Meagan Alvarez, Shannon Ambrey, Keira Cole, Layla Lujan, Giada MacNamara, Anissa Morgan, Catherine O’Hara, Alexis Rohrbach, Allison Ross, Caroline Shegogue, Phoebe Soberano and Mia Young.

Alvarez highlights the class as the program’s top scorer with 93 career points on eight tries, 22 conversion kicks and three penalty kicks.

Young will graduate as the program’s all-time leader in conversion kicks with 27 and ranks second with 79 career points. She is also tied for fifth alongside fellow senior Shegogue with six tries while Rohrbach ranks 10th in program history with five.

Navy Notes

Natalie Peugeot has emerged as Navy’s top offensive weapon by leading the team with 23 points and four tries. She entered the season with zero career points and scored all four tries over the last two games.
Aleksandria Gabbard’s two tries against Harvard marked her first scores of the season. She is tied with Alvarez and Young for the second-most tries on the team.
Makenzie King, Ryan O’Kane, Devyn Sparke and Ella Phillips all made their collegiate debuts in the most recent outing.
Alvarez is seven points away from becoming the first Mid in program history to reach 100 career points with two games remaining in 15s competition.
Young serves as the team’s primary kicker and holds a team-best four conversion kicks this season.
Twenty-two Midshipmen have appeared in a game for Navy this season.
