Every minute counts in this race to regain or maintain control of Congress in Washington.

On Tuesday, a Marist poll revealed that Democrats are ahead of Republicans, 52% to 44%.

The same poll shows President Donald Trump with an approval rating of only 40%, while 59% of voters disapprove.

In New York, the two gubernatorial candidates are tirelessly campaigning in neighborhoods.

Republican candidate Bruce Blakeman rejected congestion pricing and criticized the actions of his rival, current Governor Kathy Hochul.

“Kathy Hochul has made it unaffordable to live in the state,” Blakeman said on the addordability crisis.

Hochul has said congestion pricing pays for mass transit and shortens commuting times. And she’s blamed inflation on the President.

“We are doing everything we can to counter the costs coming out of Washington and people know who I’m fighting for,” she said.
