STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The Staten Island Board of Realtors has announced the election of the team of officers and directors who will guide the organization in 2026.
“We succeed by bringing on new leadership potential each year,” said Sandy Krueger, CEO of the organization. “This year’s election fulfills that goal. I look forward to working closely with our new leadership team as we continue to serve our members and the Staten Island community.”
The Staten Island Board of Realtors, commonly referred to as SIBOR, is the provider of the Staten Island Multiple Listing Service Inc., which works as a clearinghouse through which more than 250 local real estate firms exchange information on properties they have listed for sale or rent. Together, its members participate in approximately 5,000 real estate transactions every year.
The group’s directors and officers are real estate professionals and community business leaders who volunteer their time and expertise to the organization.
SIBOR’s newly elected and returning directors for 2026 are: Amy E. Arnone of Jason Mitchell Real Estate NY; Albert A. Benzaken of Martino Realty Group; Kevin Borgersen of Red Door Realty Group; Anthony Caroccia of Sari Kingsley Real Estate; Cristina Chianese of JM Properties; Dilshad (Dil) Gillani of Gillani Homes; Tianting (Tim) Huang of Precious Properties Corp.; Vincent (Vince) F. Monardo of Tom Crimmins Realty; Ann Marie Rini of AMR Properties; and Rocio Uchofen of Century 21 Papp Realty.
In addition, Massimo DiDonna of Partners in Sound Productions and Philip Guarnieri of Empire State Bank will serve as non-realtor directors.
Officers elected earlier this year include Steven Caro of Robert DeFalco Realty as president; Gary Fleming of Emerald Elite Realty, president-elect; Katherine Ciaravino of DiTommaso Real Estate, vice president; Ann Coppola of Master Associates, treasurer; and Annmarie Triolo of Triolo Realty Group, who will serve as immediate past president.
