The historic home, which was built in the 1820s, boasts five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, with the primary suite occupying an entire floor.

The main floor of the home has two entertaining rooms, each with its own fireplace, and a terrace off the back overlooking a private backyard, where the Trainwreck star could also park their car.

The high ceilings give way to massive windows in this corner brownstone, which gets loads of natural light throughout the day.

Despite the 5,500 square foot home’s many alluring features, it’s been stuck on the market for eight months.

The home was initially listed for about $14 million, but was slashed to a mere $12.75 in July, though she’s still hoping for the right buyer.

The news that Amy, 44, and husband Chris Fischer, 45, are offloading their home was revealed after rumors emerged that the pair are splitting up.

Amy had also briefly listed her New Orleans home earlier this month, but took it off the market just days later.

Split speculation ramped up this week after Amy wiped her Instagram clean and posted sultry photos of herself, looking slimmed down in a red dress.

She captioned the set, “I actually left my house tonight. Who’s proud? I’m feeling good and happy. Deleted my old pics for no reason!”

The star, who admitted to losing weight with Mounjaro, soon denied she wiped her Instagram clean because of her weight loss.

She wrote in a new post “I’m proud of how I’ve looked always. I have been working to be pain free and I finally am. My endometriosis is better. My back is healing. I no longer have Cushing syndrome so my face went back to normal. I am grateful to be strong and healthy especially for my son.”

She said that while she feels better, she is also perimenopausal and on heart medicine.

But, there was another reason people pondered the I Feel Pretty star’s move to wipe her social media and it was soon noticed that she and her husband Chris hadn’t been seen together publicly since June.

AMY & CHRIS

On November 6, she shared an Instagram story of a picture of New York City and praised Hulu’s new series All’s Fair, and added to the caption, “And Chris and I are still married.”

The couple, who were friends before they started dating in 2017, got married on the beach in Malibu in 2018, with Jennifer Lawrence in attendance.

Back in February, for their anniversary, Amy joked about the pre-nup they signed.

Sharing a photo from their wedding, Amy cracked “7 years ago we signed a prenup and haven’t had to utilize it! Love you babe.”

INSIDE AMY’S STUNNING WEIGHT LOSS

In March, the Trainwreck star revealed she was taking Mounjaro in an Instagram video.

In the clip she posted, she pointed out that the medication is not paid for by insurance unless the individual has diabetes or severe obesity.

“Which most people online believe I have,” she quipped.

“But I am finding it to be a very positive experience, and I wanted to be honest with you about that.”

Amy had previously admitted to using Ozempic but reported a “horrible experience” with it.

During an interview on The Howard Stern show, she stated: “I possess this gene, GDF15, which makes one highly susceptible to feeling nauseous, which explains why I was so ill during my pregnancy

“So, I tested Ozempic nearly three years ago, and I was, like, a veteran. I was, like, throwing up — and then you have no energy. But other people use it and they’re completely fine. Good for them.” She described how she “shed 30 pounds very quickly” but emphasized that the extreme sickness she felt was terrible.

Last year, the actress and filmmaker disclosed that she had been diagnosed with Cushing’s Syndrome, which was triggered by receiving high doses of steroid injections.

The Mayo Clinic indicates that “Cushing syndrome occurs when the body maintains an excessive amount of the hormone cortisol over an extended period.”

Her diagnosis followed an appearance on a talk show where she received numerous comments suggesting her face looked “puffy” and “moon”-shaped.

After those comments and Amy’s appearance circulated widely online, she was subsequently diagnosed with Cushing’s syndrome.

The celebrity, who has since “eliminated” the syndrome, first shared the news of her diagnosis in early 2024 via the News Not Noise Substack newsletter.
