STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Coming off last weekend’s nail-biting 14-13 victory over Curtis that gave his undefeated Pirates the top seed in the PSAL 4A playoffs, Tottenville head coach Brian Neville wanted to see his charges get off to a fast start in Friday’s quarterfinal contest in Huguenot.
As it turned out, he got what he wanted, as his Pirates scored early and often in toppling Port Richmond, 43-6.
