New York Jets cornerback Kris Boyd was critically wounded early on Sunday morning in a Manhattan shooting and taken to Bellevue Hospital.
According to the Associated Press, the shooting occurred outside of a business on West 38th Street near 7th Avenue. The New York City Police said that a man had been shot in the abdomen but did reveal his identity. Multiple outlets, including ESPN, have reported that the man was Boyd.
