
POTSDAM— Ivan J. Henwood, 19, of Brooklyn, was charged Nov. 15 with one count each driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with .08% or more blood alcohol content, and was issued tickets for improper or unsafe turn, failure to keep right, possession of a forged or illegally obtained driver license and failure to comply with a lawful order, according to Potsdam Police.Â
Henwood was charged following a traffic stop on Main Street, for which the subject did not initially stop. He was also found to be in alleged possession of a fake ID.Â
A chemical breath test at the Potsdam Police Department reportedly measured Henwood’s BAC at 0.16%.Â
Tickets are returnable to Potsdam Town Court Dec. 3.Â
