The Thorsby Swedish Festival Queens have set up their annual angel tree at Farm House Cafe with plenty of young angels looking to have a Merry Christmas this winter. The queens set up the tree every year at the Thorsby restaurant to benefit the Chilton County Department of Human Resources and their annual Christmas Wishes for Foster Children.
Visitors may stop by and take an angel from the tree that has gifts on the child’s Christmas list. Shopping is done by those selecting the angels, and unwrapped gifts need to be returned to the Chilton County DHR by Dec. 5.
Farm House Cafe is open from 7 a.m.- 2 p.m. on Monday-Friday at 20466 U.S. Highway 31, Thorsby.
