BRONX, N.Y. – A fast-moving fire tore through a home in Queens Sunday morning, leaving three people critically injured after firefighters pulled them from the flames, according to the FDNY.

The FDNY said dispatchers received calls around 7:50 a.m. for a fire at 113-23 202nd Street, near 113th Avenue and Murdock Avenue, in the St. Albans section of Queens.
Firefighters arrived within three minutes and found heavy fire in the cellar of a detached private home, spreading quickly to the upper floors. Crews were told people might be trapped inside and made entry through multiple points — including via portable ladders from the outside.
Three victims were found inside and removed from the building. All three were handed over to EMS crews.
FDNY EMS Chief officials said all three victims were in cardiac arrest when rescued and were immediately treated at the scene. Two of the patients were given hydroxocobalamin and additional emergency medications before being transported to area hospitals. A third patient, described as an older woman, was also taken to a separate local hospital.
All three victims remained in critical condition as of Sunday afternoon.
