THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — A pipe-wielding man is accused of attacking two women and a 15-year-old girl in a string of random assaults in the Bronx on Wednesday morning, police said Thursday.

Jeremiah White, 23, allegedly hit a 46-year-old woman in the head with the pipe near West 175th Street and University Avenue in Morris Heights at around 5:20 a.m., according to the NYPD.

The suspect allegedly screamed “you hit my mom” before hitting her in the face and head, police said. The woman was hospitalized with swollen eyes and bleeding from her head.

News 12 reported the victim is an employee at BronxCare Health and was on her way to work when she was attacked.

Two hours later, White allegedly yelled “watch out” before attacking a 15-year-old girl with a pipe near 1409 Luis Nine Blvd. in Crotona Park East at around 7:30 a.m., according to the NYPD.

The teen was taken to the hospital with a laceration.

The suspect was also accused of punching a 54-year-old woman in the face near 1372 Franklin Ave. in Claremont at around 9:55 a.m., police said.

White, a Bronx resident, was arrested Wednesday morning and charged with two counts of felony assault and one count of misdemeanor assault. His arraignment was pending on Thursday.

Sources said the suspect appears to be emotionally disturbed.
