BUSHWICK — 21 CHARLES PLACE in Bushwick, currently a vacant lot, is set to become an 11-story, 115-foot-tall mixed-use tower, according to New York YIMBY. The project, developed by Yaakov Lefkowitz’s Lefko Capital Group, will include 144 rental units averaging 707 square feet, 1,316 square feet of commercial space, and a small community facility.
The building will also include 21 parking spaces.
