Netflix’s real estate series Owning Manhattan is returning after some shakeups — but which agents are and aren’t appearing in season 2?
Owning Manhattan, which premiered in June 2024, focuses on Ryan Serhant, who is a real estate mogul and CEO of real estate company SERHANT. Ryan previously appeared on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing: New York from 2012 to 2021. He then starred in the 2017 spinoffs Sell It Like Serhant and Ryan’s Renovation.
“I love Bravo. I wouldn’t be here without them,” Ryan exclusively told Us Weekly in July 2024. “Given the nature of cable TV, even though it’s streaming now, you have advertisers and commercial breaks. You have to create episodes that make people want to tune in next week, which is a different vibe than ‘watch it now.’”
Ryan appreciated the chance to try something new with Netflix’s Owning Manhattan.

It is never easy for fans to unexpectedly say goodbye to their favorite characters — and 2025 has featured an influx of shocking departures from our TV screens. Euphoria went through several cast changes after a lengthy delay between season 2 and 3. In addition to Angus Cloud‘s 2023 death, Storm Reid exited the show […]
“There were certain things we couldn’t really play with,” he noted. “As a producer on it as well,” the real estate mogul added. “If you want to create something no one’s seen before in reality TV, the voiceover, the orchestra, the story, and the way all eight episodes almost play out like one documentary—you can’t do that on cable.”
He continued: “The crew was insane. Everything was just wild. It was bigger.”
Owning Manhattan follows Ryan and the agents at his real estate firm SERHANT as they tackle New York City’s most expensive listings in their pursuit of becoming the number one firm in the city. The first season starred Chloe Tucker Cane, Nile Lundgren, Tricia Lee, Jade Shenker, Jessica Markowski, Jessica Taylor, Jordan Hurt, Jonathan Nørmølle, Jordan March, Savannah Gowarty and Jeffrey St. Arromand.
Two months after its premiere, Netflix renewed the show. Keep scrolling to see which cast members have confirmed they are returning — and which haven’t:
