STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A crash is causing congestion on the West Shore Expressway and the Staten Island Expressway during the Monday morning rush hour.
The crash occurred around 8:30 a.m. on a ramp at the exchange for the West Shore Expressway northbound and the Staten Island Expressway westbound.
Two right lanes are blocked during the emergency response.
