The final three contenders for a lucrative downstate casino license were all approved by the state’s Gaming Facility Location Board on Monday. The winners — Bally’s Corporation in The Bronx, and Metropolitan Park and Resorts World in Queens — now advance to the final round of approvals before they can officially begin building and operating their gaming facilities.
