He’s not living the American Dream after all

He has been estranged from the rest of his family for months now, of his family, and it seems the ongoing fallout is taking its toll on Brooklyn Beckham.
The 26 year old, who lives in the US with wife Nicola Peltz, has missed a series of key events this year- including his dad David,50, receiving a knighthood from King Charles – and is said to have cut all contact with his family.
But despite the estrangement, insiders say he is pining for his family and old life back in the UK, especially with Christmas coming up.
‘Brooklyn is obsessed with his old life at the moment,’ an insider tells heat.

‘He’s constantly on social media stalking people’s accounts to see what his parents and brothers are up to. And, when he’s not doing that, he’s messaging people in London. He’s clearly very homesick and desperate to end this feud.’
We’re told the food influencer – who is the eldest child of ex-footballer David and fashion designer Victoria, 51 – is worried about causing problems with his wife, 30, if he reaches out to his family.
‘Brooklyn’s priority is Nicola, but there’s no doubt he’s really struggling with being cut off from his family. He’s worried that it’s going to be a lousy Christmas with this hanging over his head,’ we’re told.
‘It’s pretty obvious that Brooklyn feels trapped. He misses his family terribly, but he’s so scared of upsetting Nicola, he won’t risk getting in touch.’

Reports of tension between the Peltzes and the Beckhams first emerged after Nicola and Brooklyn’s wedding three years ago, with reports claiming the bride and VB fell out over Nicola’s decision not to wear a Victoria Beckham dress.
Posh and her daughter-in-law appeared to make amends, with the women being photographed together at glitzy events and Nicola joining her in-laws for a festive celebration in Miami last year, but things appeared to go rapidly downhill in January.
Now, we’re told, as long as Nicola is in charge, she and Brooklyn won’t be offering an olive branch any time soon.
‘Nicola is still extremely resentful that they haven’t had an apology from the Beckhams – she blames them entirely for the fallout and Brooklyn is backing her,’ says our insider.

‘Nicola hates that Brooklyn is feeling low, but she lays responsibility for that firmly with his parents. She’s convinced Victoria would love to see them split up, but she’s vowed that won’t happen.’
Our source adds that, with so much resentment, there’s no end to the feud in sight.
‘Most people who know David and Victoria say it’s delusional to think they’ll apologise. And the more time that passes, the more anger builds up, and not just with his parents his brothers are furious, as well.’
Although both parties have not directly addressed the rift, it’s become increasingly obvious relations between the two camps have broken down, with Victoria and David – who are also parents to Romeo, 23, Cruz, 20, and Harper, 14 – not invited to Brooklyn and Nicola’s vow renewal earlier this year. At the time, insiders said VB was in ‘floods of tears’ after she found out about it via Instagram.

However, we’re told, the feud is not fazing Nicola, and she is focused on ensuring Christmas is special for her husband. ‘Nicola’s said her family is all they need – she’s promised they’ll have a wonderful Christmas in Palm Beach with her parents, and their extended family,’ says the source.
Our insider adds that, although Brooklyn is incredibly grateful to the Peltzes, he’s still torn over his own family.
We’re told, ‘As angry as he is with his parents, spending Christmas away from them is intensely painful. But he’s too deep into this fight, and too devoted to his wife, to make peace. It’s a complete stalemate – and who knows for how long?’
