The trailer for season two also hints at a significant departure from Owning Manhattan, along with two agents gearing up for a physical altercation as heated words are exchanged.

Chloe is a Broadway star who transitioned into real estate brokerage. She began her acting career on Broadway in Mamma Mia!, but was drawn to the fast-paced, glamorous world of real estate.
However, it seems she’s managed to combine her two loves and even uses her musical talents to sell a townhouse.
This season sees Chloe returning from maternity leave, ready to get back into the fray as she continues to set records in New York City with her luxury sales, rentals, and new developments for her clients.
Based on this year’s trailer and sneak peek, her supervisor Ryan appears skeptical about her unconventional approach of merging musical theater with property sales. He later reveals to the camera that while he shares a similar performing arts background, he abandoned the stage for the far more profitable real estate industry.
Chloe’s roots trace back to a fashion-oriented Los Angeles family, with her mother Barbara Night having worked as a fashion editor.

These days, Chloe resides in Manhattan’s Flatiron district alongside her husband, their young daughter Charley, and toy poodle Sadie.
Her social media showcases glimpses of family life, including a recent heartwarming clip of her daughter channeling Bluey for Halloween, grooving to the animated series’ theme song.
Chloe’s husband, British financier Leon Caine, entered her life through the dating platform Hinge – though with an unusual twist. She handed over control of her profile to her mother Barbara, who screened potential matches on her behalf.
After Barbara initiated contact with Leon, Chloe hesitantly agreed to meet him, coming clean about her mother’s involvement during their first date.
Leon responded with good grace, and the chemistry between them was instant.
Chloe previously told People: “I saw him four times that week and then we never were apart again.”
Adding: “He’s logical and reserved, and I’m the complete opposite. We balance each other out.”
The pair exchanged vows in September 2021, welcoming their daughter Charley in March 2024.
