Police say the victim was stabbed multiple times in the torso.
THE BRONX (WABC) — A 26-year-old man was slashed on a subway train in the Melrose section of Bronx on Tuesday night.
Police say the victim was attacked during a dispute on a northbound number 4 train near the 149th Street – Grand Concourse station just after 10:40 p.m.
He was stabbed multiple times in the torso and taken to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition.
The suspect fled the scene in an unknown direction. He was described as 5’10” tall wearing a black shirt.
