Magnolia Landing in Jersey City’s Journal Square has been transformed into a winter wonderland. The Holiday Square Market is a “New York City-style” outdoor market celebrating the holidays with music, food, crafts, and special events. Guests can toast the season and enjoy festive food from curated vendors while shopping a wide array of crafts, toys, jewelry, and wonderful stocking stuffers provided by select merchants.

The Holiday Square Market is open now through Dec. 28th. Opening hours run from 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and noon to 8 p.m. on weekends and holidays. Magnolia Landing is located at 136 Magnolia Avenue, just steps from the Journal Square PATH Station and right outside the entrance to Journal Squared.
Presented by Jersey City-based The KRE Group, Holiday Square Market is produced by Festive Planet. Cabaret Tent provided the holiday stalls. Staffing, resources and site support is handled by Commercial District Services through the Journal Square Special Improvement District.

We invite everyone to come celebrate a season full of good cheer and good friends, and to make some memories with us right here in Journal Square.”

“We’re thrilled to partner with KRE Group on the Holiday Square Market and support their continued investment in Journal Square,” added Chris Bernardo, Executive Director of the Journal Square Special Improvement District. “The activation of Magnolia Landing is a great example of how place management organizations, like the Journal Square SID can collaborate with the development community to deliver meaningful community programming that boosts foot traffic for business owners while creating a festive gathering place for residents.”
