The gossip Instagram page, CiCi Loves You, posted a video on Monday of Ryan, 41, on his former Bravo series, Million Dollar Listing: New York.
Ryan starred on the popular show for nine seasons from 2012 to 2021, before transitioning to Netflix‘s Owning Manhattan.
The video captured the real estate mogul showing a client a lavish property in the Big Apple, in his first scene on MDLNY in 2012.
While the TV personality sported a similar style to his current wardrobe, dressed in a formal suit and tie, he did not have his signature salt and pepper locks that he has today.

BIG DEAL
Owning Manhattan’s jaw-dropping $250m NYC penthouse STILL on market
The user showcased Ryan’s dramatic transformation in another clip from Owning Manhattan, where his slicked-back, short hairdo is nearly all gray.
Season 2 of Owning Manhattan premiered on Friday, with the entire eight episodes dropping all at once.
The show follows Ryan and his SERHANT brokerage agents as they compete in the real estate market of New York City‘s extravagant homes.
The firm’s luxurious listings drew eyes last season, especially Ryan’s staggering $250 million penthouse listing, the most expensive in the country.
Ryan struck out in selling the incredible space at its jaw-dropping price back in 2022, and he hasn’t had much luck since, as it’s still on the market, The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed.
The asking price has since been reduced by a whopping $55 million, leaving the Central Park Tower Penthouse, the tallest residential building in the world, up for grabs for $195 million.
In the meantime, Ryan has other costly listings he’s sold, which are featured in Season 2.
Ryan has documented his personal and professional life on TV for over a decade, including giving a glimpse inside his marriage to attorney and author Emilia Bechrakis.
Emilia, 40, appeared alongside her husband on MDLNY, and their wedding was filmed for the spin-off, Million Dollar Listing New York: Ryan’s Wedding.
They tied the knot in 2016 in a lavish ceremony in Corfu, Greece.
The couple also starred in Million Dollar Listing: Ryan’s Renovation in 2021, which followed the pair as they remodeled their multi-million-dollar townhouse in Brooklyn, New York.
Ryan and Emilia are parents of a daughter, Zena, whom they welcomed in March 2019.
