STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Delays were reported on multiple Staten Island highways on Sunday afternoon.

A crash reported on the eastbound lanes on the Staten Island Expressway blocked several lanes around 12:08 p.m., according to preliminary radio transmissions.

Surveillance footage of the span provided by 511NY showed a large emergency response.

In the footage, firefighters and police could be seen addressing the crash.

According to preliminary reports, a vehicle careened into a pole while traveling on the expressway.

Another crash blocked lanes on the northbound side of the West Shore Expressway at approximately 11:20 a.m., according to a spokesperson for the FDNY.

The crash was near Victory Boulevard and Muldoon Avenue, according to the department.

Several lanes are blocked during the emergency response, according to 511NY surveillance footage.

Emergency personnel, including firefighters and police officers, are on the scene according to the footage.

No injuries were reported, the FDNY spokesperson said.
