PROSPECT LEFFERTS GARDENS — NBA STAR GIANNIS Antetokounmpo, the “Greek Freak,” has purchased a two-building, 50-unit multifamily rental complex in Prospect Lefferts Gardens for $25.18 million, according to Commercial Observer. 

The deal covers 520 Parkside Ave. and 111 Clarkson Ave., together known as the Lawrence, and includes studios through three-bedroom apartments. Amenities include a roof deck, fitness center and pet spa.

The properties were sold by Seth Brown and Richard Ludwig, with Marcus & Millichap brokering the transaction. The purchase adds to Antetokounmpo’s growing real estate and investment portfolio.
