STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A person refused medical attention at the scene of a crash during the Thursday morning rush hour, according to the FDNY.
The crash was reported as an overturned vehicle at 8:29 a.m. at Arthur Kill Road and Tides Lane, according to a spokesperson for the FDNY and EMS.
The emergency response by the FDNY ended in about a half-hour, at 9:02 a.m., the spokesperson said.
