STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A series of grievances over a South Shore rental property have culminated in a lawsuit marked by allegations of assault, unpaid bills and illegal fireworks, court records indicate.
The tenant, 52-year-old Vincent Sagistiano, is seeking an unspecified amount in damages, after he alleges he was assaulted by his landlord inside the Tottenville property. The lawsuit is being heard in state Supreme Court, St. George.
