This weekend – late night Friday, December 19 through early morning Monday, December 22 – the only service at Court Street and at the N/R platforms at Borough Hall and Jay Street-MetroTech overnight Friday to Saturday through Sunday to Monday will be Manhattan bound N trains, as Brooklyn bound N trains will be re-reouted and overnight R train service will be suspended. Days and evenings Saturday and Sunday there will be no Brooklyn bound R train service at those locations, as Brooklyn bound R trains will be re-routed to the Q line between Canal Street and DeKalb Avenue.

The following Christmas week the only planned service change is that late nights to early mornings Monday to Tuesday and Tuesday to Wednesday there will be only Manhattan bound N train service at Court Street and at the N/R platforms at Borough Hall and at at Jay Street-MetroTech, as Brooklyn bound N trains will be re-routed. R train service should be running normally in both directions. There are no planned service changes for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or the late night-early morning after Christmas.

These are the PLANNED changes affecting local service for this weekend and for the following week. Always check MTA Info for unplanned service changes that may affect local service or service on other parts of your trip, or for planned service changes that affect stations to or from which you may be traveling.
