SOHO, Manhattan (WABC) — FDNY crews are at the scene of a fire at an apartment building along Lafayette St. and Broome St. in SoHo.
Smoke could be seen billowing out of several smashed windows as firefighters worked to control the blaze.
Investigators say the flames started on the fifth floor around 8 a.m. Saturday.
It’s not clear whether there are any injuries.
The cause of the fire is still unknown.
