NEW YORK (PIX11) — One lucky person is going to have a Holly Jolly Christmas after winning a lottery draw, the New York Lottery announced Wednesday.
One lucky person won the top prize playing Tuesday’s Cash4Life game, officials announced on Christmas Eve.
The top winning prize for the game is $1,000 a day. There is a guaranteed minimum payment of $7 million, according to lottery officials.
The winning Cash4Life draw was sold at Heta Deli Convenience, located at 213-22 Eighth Avenue in Queens, officials said.
The winner has one year from the drawing date to claim their prize. This is a fixed prize and is not split between multiple winners, according to the New York Lottery website.
