Alongside the shoe, the collaboration includes an ultra-limited Avirex leather jacket and graphic tee, together bridging decades of New York influence, hip-hop heritage, and modern street energy.

The Superstar, long revered as a symbol of originality, is elevated through Avirex’s signature leather detailing and premium construction. The campaign, fronted by Joey Bada$$ and MJ, captures the intersection of past and present — honoring Avirex’s storied legacy while ushering in a bold new chapter for both brands. To commemorate the release, adidas and Avirex hosted a pop-up activation on Friday, October 17, at 395 Broome Street in Soho, inviting the community to experience the collection firsthand.
The adidas Originals x Avirex Superstar retails for $180 and officially launches Monday, October 20, exclusively at the adidas Originals Flagship Store in New York City.
