STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A 19-year-old woman from Staten Island managed to arrange a ride for herself after she and her boyfriend left the scene of a fatal crash on the Garden State Parkway in Woodbridge, New Jersey, according to a criminal complaint obtained by the Advance/SILive.com.
Emily Harrington of Annadale was in the front-passenger seat and Alvi Limani, 20, of Prince’s Bay, was behind the wheel of a gray BMW X3 that was drag racing prior to a three-car collision, prosecutors allege.
