MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – Riley County police on Tuesday night arrested a Manhattan man in connection with child sex crimes and other offenses, officials said.
The man, identified as Manfred Elocka Ngom, 31, of Manhattan, was arrested around 10:23 p.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of N. 15th Street, according to Riley County police records.

Ngom was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant charging him with 10 counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child; one count of contributing to child misconduct; and one count of furnishing alcohol or cereal malt beverage to a minor in Manhattan.
This arrest stems from a report filed Oct. 4, 2025.
Ngom was booked into the Riley County Jail, where he was issued a total bond of $50,000.
