A plan for a Jersey City Medical Center expansion project and large mixed-use development on property at the corner of Grand Street and Jersey Avenue has received a key approval.
The Jersey City Medical Center’s expansion tentatively includes medical offices and a large parking garage on the property south of the main hospital. Meanwhile, a joint venture involving Kushner Real Estate Group plans to build three mixed-use towers with 1,700 market-rate units and commercial ground floors on the hospital’s land.
