A look at winter weather across upstate New York

SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: The big talker of the week besides holiday celebrations has been winter weather.

Much of the state was pummeled with snow, especially in the Western New York and Central New York regions, where they were dealing with lake-effect snow. 

Combine that with intense winds in some areas to start the week and it definitely created some headaches for those traveling.
