CORONA PARK, Queens (PIX11) — A person was struck by a train in Queens on Sunday, causing delays in both directions, according to the MTA.
The MTA website said a person was hit by a No. 7 train at 103rd Street- Corona Plaza around 4:15 p.m.
The northbound track is currently closed, according to the MTA.
Video on Citizen showed fire and police personnel setting up a perimeter around the area underneath the train tracks.
Service was suspended in both directions at 4:45 p.m.
