NEW YORK (PIX11) — Some more snow is headed to the New York City area this weekend, according to the National Weather Service.
Light snow showers and frigid temperatures hovering around 33 degrees are in the forecast for Saturday. The snow flurries are expected to arrive between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. Sunday, according to the NWS. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch is possible.

Temperatures hover around 35 degrees on Sunday and Monday before warming up to the 40s next week, according to the NWS.
New York City has already seen 7.7 inches of snow this season.
