A 28-year-old man was stabbed multiple times outside Penn Station in Manhattan on Friday, cops said.

The victim was in an argument with a man at W. 34th St. and Seventh Ave. in Midtown when his rival stabbed him in both arms around 4:11 p.m., cops said.

A food vendor witnessed the attack from his stand on the northwest corner of W. 34th St. and Seventh Ave.

“It was two guys fighting,” the vendor said. “One of them cut the other and ran away. Police came and shut down the block for like 30 minutes. It was crazy.”

Medics rushed the victim to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition.

Police are looking for a man wearing all black, police said.
