This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, Crown Heights, Bath Beach, and Sunset Park. How did they fare?

First up, the list of period details inside this 1880s Park Slope dwelling is rather long, with an abundance of woodwork, mantels, and other fine features. It hasn’t been on the market in decades, but its vintage finishes seem to have gotten some loving care. This former House of the Day sold in September for $3.825 million, which was $170,000 under the asking price.

This row house in Crown Heights has details like wainscoting, stained glass, and a mantel. This former Open House Pick was taken off the market in October.

In Bath Beach, a single-family is a bit of a time capsule with orange shag carpeting and colorful bathrooms. This former Open House Pick sold in November for $1.405 million, which was $15,000 over the asking price.

Finally, it’s compact to be sure, but this early 20th century Finnish co-op has a flexible layout with one or two bedrooms, attractive original details, and good closet space. This former Co-op of the Day sold in November for the asking price of $550,000.
