BROOKLYN — BROOKLYN CURED, a local company that sells charcuterie in Whole Foods and Wegmans, is expanding its pork-free offerings in 2026, rolling out two new Snack Packs and adding bulk beef items to its deli and charcuterie line. New Snack Packs include Genoa Beef Salami & Provolone and Beef Pepperoni & Mozzarella, aimed at consumers seeking inclusive, beef-forward options without pork.

The company is also introducing Smoked Beef Salami and Tuscan Red Wine Beef Salami in bulk formats for deli counters, responding to retailer demand for high-quality pork-free selections. Each salami weighs about two pounds and joins existing beef offerings like Bresaola with Porcini & Black Pepper.

“The truth is, there just aren’t enough pork-free deli options out there,” Brooklyn Cured Marketing Manager Katie Milani wrote in a press release. “We heard not just consumers, but retailers, in their quest for high-quality, tasty beef salami and brought two of our top-selling presliced options to the bulk deli category.”
