For Women’s History Month, Wanda Best, of Laurelton, is hosting a retreat via her nonprofit Art Transforms.
Women interested in attending the retreat from March 6 to 8 have from now until Feb. 8 to RSVP by calling (718) 337-8180 or emailing info@arttransforms.org. The cost is $200.
The retreat will be at the Thomas Berry Place, at 86-45 Edgerton Blvd. in Jamaica Estates. Guests will get their own room, five meals and workshops about line dancing; healthy family relationships; meditation and relaxation; jewelry making; functional art; and more. There will also be a keynote speaker.
