STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Authorities are responding to a crash on the New Jersey-bound Staten Island Expressway early in the Friday morning rush hour.
The crash is in the vicinity of Victory Boulevard. The left lane has been blocked since shortly after 6 a.m.
