CARROLL GARDENS — LILY ALLEN AND DAVID HARBOUR slashed the asking price of their Carroll Gardens townhouse by $695,000 amid their contentious divorce, according to Realtor.com.

The four-story, five-bedroom brownstone, listed in October 2025 for $7.99 million, is now priced at $7.3 million. The couple bought the 22-foot-wide home in 2021 for $3.35 million and undertook an extensive renovation with designer Billy Cotton.

The divorce between Allen and Harbour continues to draw headlines, 11 months post-split.
