A Mediterranean restaurant specializing in Albanian and Kosovan cuisine is planning to open its first New Jersey location in Bergen County.
Cka Ka Qellu has two restaurants in New York and one in Connecticut. The restaurant has been ranked in the New York Times’ top 100 in New York City for the past three years.
The restaurant is preparing to open another location in Westwood on Kinderkamack Road, a restaurant spokesman confirmed.
The menu “showcases a modern selection of popular dishes and desserts rooted in the rich flavors of Mediterranean cuisine” while “highlighting the best of Albanian and Kosovan culinary traditions,” according to the restaurant’s website.
No opening date has been announced for the new location.
