NEW YORK (PIX11) – A group of teenagers is wanted for allegedly stabbing another teenager for his sweatshirt inside a Brooklyn subway station on Jan. 4, according to the NYPD.
Police said it happened at the Livonia Avenue subway station around 5 p.m. A 17-year-old boy was approached by the suspects, who are accused of trying to take his sweatshirt off him, according to authorities.
Police said the suspects started punching the victim before one pulled out a knife. The victim was stabbed in the leg, according to authorities.
Police said the suspects fled the station, and the victim was rushed to a local hospital.

All the suspects are believed to be between 14 and 18 years old, according to authorities. The first suspect wore a black jacket, red hat, light colored sweatpants, and white shoes.
Police said the second suspect was wearing a black jacket, black pants, and white shoes. The third suspect wore a black jacket, blue jeans, and black shoes, according to authorities.
