Film editing collective signs lease at 45 Main St. in DUMBO

DUMBO — FILM EDITING COLLECTIVE Church Edit signed a 4,224-square-foot lease at 45 Main Street, adding to a wave of recent creative-office deals in the DUMBO waterfront district, according to Commercial Observer. 

Owned by Two Trees Management, asking rents at the building range from $45 to $50 per square foot. Lease terms were not disclosed.

Newmark represented Church Edit, while Two Trees handled the deal in-house. The landlord also announced several additional leases at 45 Main Street and nearby properties, including design, architecture and robotics firms across DUMBO.

Two Trees said it has signed more than 200,000 square feet of new leases in the neighborhood over the past year.
