PROSPECT LEFFERTS GARDENS — MARTHA PLIMPTON sold her early-1900s Victorian home in Prospect Lefferts Gardens on Jan. 8 for about $2.65 million, according to Robb Report. The actress, best known for her role in The Goonies, bought the property back in 2013 for $1.35 million.

The four-bedroom, five-bath house at 200 Fenimore Street spans about 2,800 square feet and was extensively renovated after purchase. Plimpton, who has relocated to London, previously described the home as her “dream come true,” citing the neighborhood’s diversity and community feel.

Plimpton listed the home for rent twice — in 2022 and 2023 — according to records on Zillow.
