MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A woman was arrested in connection with aggravated battery early Sunday in Manhattan, officials said.
The incident was reported around 4:11 a.m. Sunday in Manhattan.
Riley County Police officials listed a 21-year-old man as the victim and a 19-year-old woman known to the victim as the suspect.

Jachelle King, 19, of Manhattan, was arrested around 6:20 a.m. Sunday in the 3300 block of Kennsington Court on the northwest side of Manhattan in connection with the incident.
She was then booked into the Riley County Jail in connection with aggravated battery.
King was issued a total bond of $5,000 and had been released from jail as of Monday morning, officials said.
Additional details, including whether the victim sustained any injuries, weren’t immediately available.
