NEW YORK (PIX11) — A new affordable housing lottery in New York City is offering units with rent under $725.

The lottery for 29 Featherbed Ln. Apartments in the Bronx has seven available studio units for $723 per month.

The minimum annual household income to qualify for those apartments is $28,595 and the maximum is $51,840 for a two-person household.

There are five one-bedroom units available for $770 monthly and four two-bedroom units listed for $915 per month.

Nearby transit options include the B and D trains as well as the Nos. 4 and 1.

Minimum incomes listed may not apply to applicants with Section 8 or other rental subsidies.
