A 13-year-old boy was stabbed twice by a pair who flew into a rage when someone in the teen’s group tossed a rock at their car in broad daylight Sunday, cops and sources said.

The boy was walking with two friends around 3:30 p.m. at Cozine Avenue and Jerome Street in East New York when someone in the group flung a rock at a car passing down the street, law enforcement sources said.

Two men in the car – one wearing all red and the other dressed in all white – stepped out and knifed the teen twice in the back, authorities and sources said.
