The only thing you can count on in the NFL every year is change.

Head coaches, coordinators and general managers are fired and hired every offseason, and 2026 has been no different.

There were nine openings for new head coaches, with each likely to bring in their own pair of offensive and defensive leaders. Other teams are keeping their head coaches in place but making changes to the assistants. Then there’s the front office, where a few clubs will have new decision-makers for this offseason.

Here’s a list of all the new head coaches, coordinators and front office executives hired in 2026:

Atlanta Falcons

President of football: Matt Ryan (former CBS analyst)

Head coach: Kevin Stefanski (former Browns head coach)

Miami Dolphins

General manager: Jon-Eric Sullivan (former Packers VP of player personnel)

New York Giants

Head coach: John Harbaugh (former Ravens head coach)

The New York Giants hired former Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh as their new head man.

Washington Commanders

Offensive coordinator: David Blough (former Commanders assistant quarterbacks coach)

This story will be updated as hires become official.
