On January 14, 2026, the New York State Police, in conjunction with Clinton County Stop DWI, conducted an Underage Drinking Initiative in Clinton County, NY.
During the initiative, twenty-five businesses were checked for compliance. One person was charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the First degree, a class “A” misdemeanor, after selling alcohol to persons under the age of 21.
